Charter Manager


We are looking for a Charter Manager to join an established MYBA Company where you have the opportunity to learn the ropes for the first summer to gain a relationship with the company's existing central agencies and look at bringing in new businesses to expand the charter department.

Specifications as listed but not limited to:

– Catering for all enquiries in a professional manner.
– Organising CA files, contracts and important paperwork.
– Updating documents to ensure all are in date.
– Liaising with CA yacht captains concerning up-to-date marketing information such as crew profiles, refit and maintenance, itinerary details and water toys.
– Maintaining booking calendar for CA's and updated Outlook calendar to meet important dates.
– Assisting the director on new proposals.
– Attending marketing events to represent the company.
– Visiting clients as required for BD.
– Liaising with the finance team for charter purposes.


– Fluent English Speaker –  other languages are a bonus
– Have a valid driving license and own car as means of transportation
– Experience in the yachting industry either as crew, shoreside or both
– Experience in the yacht charter market
– Experience with elements of accounting, HR and legal work
– Someone who can offer longevity and has a goal to progress in their career
– High levels of computer literacy
– Ability to summarise complex issues in a reader friendly manner
– Proven longevity is required
– Experience in working with tight deadlines, short turnarounds for work and an exceptional level of detail
